What are your shipping rates ?
Most of our items ship USPS 2-3 Day Priority Flat Rate and range between $7.15 – $13.60 within the US. We find it to be the most cost-effective and reliable. You will be able to see your rates in the shopping cart.
Can we pick up an order at a local store ?
You are welcome to pick your items up at our workshop by appointment only. Please call 937-317-4408 to set up a time.
How long will delivery take ?
In stock non-personalized items ship out the next day. While all of our items are handmade, custom orders or those needing to be personalized ship out within 7-10 business days.
